How to access and run reports

As a Plan Administrator, several reports are available through your online administrator account to help you manage your Zane Plan.  
 
From the main menu (blue bar), go to “Reports” and select the report you’d like to run.  Available reports include:
  • Utilization Report
  • View Claims History
  • View Reimbursement History
  • View Allowance History
  • View Participant Forfeitures
  • Download Annual Reports to Excel 
  • IRS Reporting Tools
