If you've forgotten your Zane Benefits username or password, or if you cannot locate your temporary password provided in your Welcome Letter, follow these simple instructions:

Under the green “Log In” button, click on “Click here if you forgot your password”
3. Follow the instructions on the reset form
Enter your username or email associated with your account. Click "Continue >>".
4. Check your email and follow the link
Check your email registered with Zane Benefits (including your spam/junk file as needed) and follow the link and instructions in the email.
