How to reset your online password

If you've forgotten your Zane Benefits username or password, or if you cannot locate your temporary password provided in your Welcome Letter, follow these simple instructions:

1. Go to www.myzanehealth.com

2.  "Click here if you forgot your password"

Under the green “Log In” button, click on “Click here if you forgot your password”

3.  Follow the instructions on the reset form

Enter your username or email associated with your account. Click "Continue >>".

4.  Check your email and follow the link

Check your email registered with Zane Benefits (including your spam/junk file as needed) and follow the link and instructions in the email.

If you are unsure which email is associated with your account, speak with the Plan Administrator at your company or contact Zane Benefits’ Support Team at 800-391-9209 ext. 1 or support@zanebenefits.com.
 

Already logged in?  

You can also change your password by going to:
  • Main menu (blue bar) > My Account
  • Login Details > Edit
