If you've submitted a claim incorrectly, the easiest way to correct it is by editing the claim through your online account.
1. Find the incorrect claim and click on the claim number
Log in to your Zane Benefits online account (www.myzanehealth.com). The homepage will list recent pending claims.
2. Update the claim with the correct information
You can update or add to the information and documentation you initially provided
3. Click "Update Claim"
Note: After updating, a note will appear at the top of the page in green stating “Your claim has been updated successfully”.
